Not supported
| Device class | Reason |
|---|
| Analog cameras (BNC, coax) | No ONVIF, no RTSP. Use an encoder first. |
| Hikvision with ONVIF disabled | Default on some OEM firmware. Re-enable in Network → Advanced → Integration Protocol. |
| NVR-bound Dahua “cloud-only” channels | Dahua RTSP proxied through an NVR serialises all streams; use direct camera RTSP. |
| Generic “P2P cloud” Wi-Fi cameras (Reolink Argus battery, Ring) | No RTSP exposed. Vendor lock-in. |
| ONVIF cameras behind double NAT | No reachable RTSP endpoint from the gateway. |
| Wi-Fi cameras on a 5 GHz-only SSID when the gateway is on 2.4 GHz | LAN segmentation breaks ONVIF multicast discovery. |
